I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?
