Also, should different AD/D roles within a company expect different salary bands? For instance, would a d in marketing expect a wildly different salary than a d in ops?

What's the average salary for a VP of tech in NYC/surrounding areas?

Isn't it annoying that EY takes total 3 months for appraisals . 1 month to discuss performance and convey the ratings, then 1 month for bonus payout and then again 1 month to reveal hikes. Why can't they just do it all at a go and finish the suspense. We need to wait for 3 months to decide our next course of action.

Would you change companies for 10-15% pay raise? Assuming everything else is very similar. Personally, I think it is too much of a headache with little rewards.

QUESTION – can Florida taxable income be reduced for depreciation for which no tax benefit has been derived due to the federal 469 limitations? It is also worth noting that we have multi-year 469 carryovers into 2019. Also, we know California allows for this type of State level offset so that the state 469 c/o will be different than federal.

If this was not a closely held corp subject to 469, there would be no issue here as the current year NOL would exceed the bonus depreciation add back.
