I recently came across this LS salary report from Biospace. Wanted to see what the group thinks, in terms of its accuracy. Specifically, I'm wondering at the AD/D levels. Also, should different AD/D roles within a company expect different salary bands? For instance, would a d in marketing expect a wildly different salary than a d in ops?

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). 1) stay in my company to quickly become BD Director and then exit (however my learning opportunities within my current company might be limited)
2) go do consulting for a few years
3) any other recommendations?
