Stuck in same company for 7 years without growth, working in production support without skilling in latest technologies. Started learning React and want to shift on React frontend path. Again, stuck at resume building i dont know how to incorporate react into the projects i have worked. Can anyone send me (n4bryqzp@duck.com) React resume for reference?

Currently at one of the Big 3 Japanese banks (MUFG, Mizuho, SMBC) in debt capital markets and might have an opportunity to join the Capital Markets team at Wells Fargo (all in London). What are the thoughts reputationally on WF vs the Japanese banks in EMEA? Also if anyone has any insight into promotions (ability to go up the ranks faster in WF) and salary what would be super helpful! Wells Fargo Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc.
Any comparison of M&A in practice vs in-house?
Interested. Mayfair based.

So I’ll be honest mate (from the perspective of where I work), they prefer new investment banker (those with no investment banking experience) to be young grads due to the pressure and burnout. Your experience doesn’t matter as much as where you got your degree from.
Portfolio management will be an easier route to go down then investment banking typically your IAD and some coding will get you there. CFA is great but more for financial analysts so investment bank (but again depending on age due to burnout and commitments as the investment bank starts early and finishes late can your family take that?) honestly iAd is easier and less work and is cheaper, but you can do portfolio management with CFA only thing is that CFA sits twice a year and has a 40 percent pass rate and iAd sits every day you can do it remote and if you fail today can take it tomorrow but if you fail the CFA you will have to wait six months
Forgot to ask what is IAD ?
