I recently got a Dexa scan and I fed the results into Claude and got a customized workout plan to reach my goals. I plan to get another dexa scan in a few months after following my workout plan and seeing where I end up. What would have costed me time and money with a nutritionist is now done with technology and that’s so cool.

I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6.
