Leadership is about developing and empowering your team, not just overseeing them. If it feels like babysitting, there may be a gap in expectations or accountability. Shift the focus to coaching, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of ownership. Team strategy meetings and one on one touch bases should be a start.
