Hi folks, I have been working as a functional IT Presales associate for the past 2 years. I have been actively looking for jobs in MNC's but hardly got any luck. Can anyone please guide me how and for which posts i can apply for big companies. To give a small brief about myself, I have been mainly responsible for presenting product demos, preparing proposals and responding to RFP's in my current company.

I haven't received any interview calls been 2-3 months now, my profile itself is not getting shortlisted for some reason. My NP-90 days in Naukri and LinkdIN. I get some calls from HR asking about my details but then they say I will talk to my tech lead and get back to you if your resume get shortlisted.

Sigh... Situation is messed up atm. Not sure how to make my first career switch.

Did anybody in CTS land in Canada with a work permit raised from the project ?

Will CTS change the job location in the offer released? It's different to what's been agreed not sure if they're in rush to release offer and such occurrence.

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!
