I recently left the pwc company they offered 5.3ctc. I have one year of experience. I got selected into Ecolab inc. as data analyst. They are offering 8.6ctc and I accepted the offer. The doj is dec 3rd week. They're telling me to pursue tensorflow certification which is around 20k. And later they'll reimbursement it seems. I paid the money and enrolled the course. Do you think is this common among all other companies . I feel this is new and fishy. What is your thoughts please let me know

Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime.
