I recently resigned from TCS and requested an early release, but my manager is not willing to grant it, even though i am new to the project with no dependencies. They are insisting on serving 90 days notice period. I have tried reasoning with them, but there’s no flexibility . Has anyone in a similar situation managed to get early release ? What are the best way to escalate this or negotiate with HR ? Appreciate any insights

Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
