I see posts like this all the time - too many AI applications. What does this really mean? Are there fake AI applicants? Who benefits from that?
Or do they really just mean to say resumes are looking more and more similar because candidates are using AI? But if that were the case they wouldn’t see such an increase in volume right? Or perhaps the increase in volume is because SO MANY people are looking for jobs right now?

"People just want it to work" is a thing clients have said about the product the company I work for makes. It's true. And it's all over. I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly.
