Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

Can folks from PwC share how exactly your all remote model works? So, an employee opting for remote works with any team across time zones ? Or across states in same time zone? Also, how do you staff on / find a project? Are there people working totally with teams outside their office, as say nobody or few in their own group/ office opted for remote model? Would that be true?

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.
Can someone guide on this?

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Cool story, bro.
Does the director genuinely suck? I've seen that before. Otherwise the manager is going to end up looking like a total asshole and this is a self correcting problem.
That's disgusting. Obviously you cannot trust the Manager. I hate back-stabbing political maneuvering. Did the Manager see you see him/her?
Yes, rat him/her out to the Director under the guise of concern about client perception. Drama!
I always take care of the people that take care of me, and never talk shit about anybody.
If you rat him out, what's the difference between you and the manager. In my eyes, I'd see you as unprofessional as you are not affected by it at all
No. We are 8 people and pretty sure everyone thinks Director is more competent. But partner likes the manager more, no question.
Just saw your latest OP, you may want to do your director a solid and let her know.
I would definitely rat her out like someone said earlier, under the guise of unprofessionalism. Can't stand people like this.
About the director to the Partner. The client heard and was rolling their eyes. The Manager obviously didn't realize. Do I say anything? Found it incredibly unprofessional
No. I want to call her out on it. Really don't like it. Also, director is my PML, and I like her a lot
Ha
I've talked shit on Managers and Directors that I was working with to Partners. They genuinely deserved it though because they fucking sucked at their jobs, were billing more hours than allotted and not doing any work. Never within earshot of the client, though.
