I signed an offer letter a day late after verbally accepting. I only had 1 day to sign it and recruiter didn't let me know it was going to expire that soon. I am already in the background check/onboarding process. Is this potentially bad? I already emailed the recruiter but still haven't heard back yet.

So, it’s been two weeks since the last response from the HR recruiter (they said my resume and tests were shared with the team). Should I send an email? It’s normal that some process take this long, but I’m getting a little anxious.

Don’t you love it when it takes two weeks for a recruiter to return your email but once they email you they want your response ASAP? Lovely people.

Hi! I’ve been in the ESG space for nearly 7 years and submitted an app for an ESG Consulting role at PwC. My app was unfortunately rejected. Now, my app is ‘under review’ in the system. Between the time of the rejection and reversal, I’ve made connections with people in the department and the role has been reopened/reposted. Should I reapply using a referral and revamped resume or just try my luck with the application that’s now ‘under review?’ I want to be sure my chances are better this time.
