I started a new job this year and I like my organization. However, my direct supervisor does not provide objective feedback or structured supervision. Supervision is 2-3 hours of me watching them take notes. Plus, they might be a narcissist because they never acknowledge or apologize for mistakes on their end, and have no respect for other people's time. Nor do they provide positive feedback for things that I've done well. Advice?

My boss won’t stop sexually harassing me. Verbally, email, texts - 400+. He even set up his office with a display of sex toys and edibles condiments to show me that he planned to give me oral sex. All started 3 weeks into the job. I moved my family cross country for this job and just bought a house. Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge.
