I started as a product manager 8 months ago… I hate my job and I want to explore other companies. What are your tips? I deal with physical product and I was in marketing/paid advertising in the same company for 2 years prior. I just don’t know how to go about competing with more experienced folks for jobs.

So I internally transferred from audit to FDD last year but my old audit team still reaches out with questions (especially because it’s busy season now). What do you y’all do in these scenarios?

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.
