I started my career in Jan, 2023 as an intern and in july i completed internship and was proper employee with DOJ on salary slips from july only in same company and I recently on 4th May 2026 i joined a new company on onboarding portal and resume both i have mention my experience from Jan,2023 to April 2026 my experience letter also had same experience mentioned.
Someone in new company told me i shouldn't have included internship my BGV will fail.Now this has gotten me worry to extreme.

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
