I asked the female VP, “How is it possible to find a job within two weeks?” She replied, “It’s possible.”
She either already has your replacement picked out, or she didn't hire you and felt stuck with you. Either way, she has let you know you will be better off not working for her toxicity.
Whoa! Then I think she may just be one of those executives who can't/won't delegate either because they don't want to or because your pay affects theirs. I'm sorry you experienced this. It's never fun when you and your work are not valued.
Ouch. I am sorry you had to experience that. It sounds like she was a little bit harsh in the way that she spoke to you. I don't think I would want to work for someone like that anyhow.

She’s been harsh toward me multiple times. First, after helping me secure the job, HR took time to complete background checks—she called to jokingly ask, ‘Are you that bad it’s taking so long?’ When I finally started, she didn’t let me manage her calendar or travel—just asked me to handle expense reports. Her office sits right across my cube, and when she’d call me over, I’d rush there, and she’d say, ‘You don’t need to run.’ It’s clear she didn’t like me.
One day she sent me an email that she needed a new laptop, I had to ask whether a laptop was for her ‘new employee.’ Many of her emails were poorly written, and even I couldn’t decipher them—so I forwarded one to my lead EA, and she admitted she also “didn’t have a clue.”
