Got selected and came to this project which I should say a dream project. Working in Data science team of the project with 10yrs experience data scientist from Uk. 4 out of 7 in my team are from UK. 2-2 hrs KT by extremely experienced data scientists was provided to me on ML algo that run here. I attended a couple of rounds of interviews for Software Engineering Manager 1 (as the JD said) on a quick schedule and wonder if I should have asked next level instead.

YoE - 15, Hands-on EM, can code, do project and people management
Tech - AWS and .NET

Also an indicative range of CTC I should ask for will be helpful. Currently I'm underpaid at 20.1L as I worked in the same company for 12 years.

Do schools that you graduated from ( undergrad) still help ( maybe get that interview).

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

Advice needed on handing in notice, I recently signed an offer letter and understand the screening process takes 4-6 weeks. I have a month's notice period and have agreed a preliminary start date in Feb.

I was planning on not handing my notice in until the checks had been completed so its all secured (not that I think I will fail any checks), but apparently I need a reference from my current employer not previous ones. Can't really do this without handing in notice can I?

How you guys are surving in EY. Its been 9 months no peace of mind. Counselors and SA are shouting at me, working with deadlines. I'm done with EY.

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?
