I switched to EY GDS.So thought to come back with my experience.The process was absolutely hassle free. In 4-5 days after joining, I gave client interview. Got selected and came to this project which I should say a dream project. Working in Data science team of the project with 10yrs experience data scientist from Uk. 4 out of 7 in my team are from UK. 2-2 hrs KT by extremely experienced data scientists was provided to me on ML algo that run here. Best top notch work.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.
