I have received positive feedback on my interview but the job says "Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future". I will require sponsorship. Does that mean Deloitte will now be able to hire me? Or will it just delay the hiring process? What was your timeliness if you were in the same boat with deloitte?

Can I apply for two positions at the same company with two resumes? Or should i bring up my interest in the 2nd position during conversation with recruiter?
