When is a 3 page resume acceptable?
Bless you PMs.

Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

💯 They would be dumb if they didn’t. Metrics are a thing and anything quantifiable is tracked and turned into a metric of some form. Your leadership needs to know how to allocate real estate space, desks, etc.
They are tracking.
The only real question is if they’re looking at the data.
They 100% are. On a similar note they can probably see your browser search history, time you spend on webpages, logins, and from which location. Reality is most wont review it unless they are trying to get compliance to a new policy, or they want to get rid of you.

Is there a requirement to be in office at a set frequency? If so, then it’s likely they are checking badge swipes.
Why wouldn't they track badge swipes? Seems like a no-brainer to me.
This is definitely happening. Badges are tracked for security purposes and likely just made into a dashboard to track in-office percentages
All companies have access to that information. The employee ID# ties to everything that you do at work.

I don't see anything wrong with that. I mean, they have the right to maintain access to your badges. They need it for collecting data and for whatever purpose that deem necessary.
My company has this data published in a PowerBI Dashboard for supervisors to verify we are all hitting 3 days minimum in the office per week.
Your company can also tell by your VPN whether you are logged in from the office or from home. And for how long.
They absolutely are
How about tracking in Teams meetings?
As they should. Now whether anyone is monitoring that is a completely different question.
