Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?
