I thought people looking for work in the US might find this interesting. It is a site called www.jobs.now. What they do is they scrape the jobs that are listed in obscure places so they meet the qualification of advertising for opening roles before they open it up to international candidates. I saw some decent marketing jobs there so check it out if you are looking. Has anyone else heard of it?

I have recently received an offer letter from Finicity - MasterCard company. My job role is the Senior technician support role with Level 8.

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

What is the fix salary for manager position with 4.5 YOE in stat audit of Big4 India practice. I am getting 22.5lakh is it ok or should I ask for more?

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...
