I took lateral move to a top pharma company from CRO. One of the reasons was I just had a kid and wanted more security. Benefit package and work/life balance is great but now I crave career progression. I do network internally as much I can (I am 100% remote). What else can I do to increase my visibility, improve my career trajectory ? I am transparent with my manager about my ambitions but she is new and honestly not aware what she can do.
