Hi All, My sister has done Computer Science engineering Bachelor degree and has 5 years of work experience in India. She is applying for MBA at https://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/programs/mba/full-time-mba/ and https://kelley.iu.edu/programs/full-time-mba/academics/majors-minors/marketing.html. Her overall goal is to get into Software Product management. Any suggestions if any of these MBA’s can open path in the desired space or if she is better of doing an MS in Comp engg. to further develop deeper Technology skills. Thanks

This is the main reason keeping me from moving from agency to pharma – I'm worried about progression and boredom!
So I have no advice here, but keen to know if you still find the work engaging! Thanks!
For me it is the same job but better benefits. It depends where you go of course. Some places there is too much toxic environment within the teams.
Schedule skip level touch points with other leaders. It can be as simple as reaching out to other senior leaders to discuss their career journey or opportunities in their areas.
Congrats on becoming a Mom! How old is your little one? Once they hit school, it gets complicated - not to deter you. It is harder when you are remote but take on projects, volunteer for corporate level exercises that allow you mingle with other colleagues. If your company is flexible, take advantage of that. You can manage to prosper within the framework. Volunteer events can be great for networking!
CTM- Mine are in college now but a lot depends on your SO. How much you split responsibilities. When the LO gets sick. How much you travel. Extra hours. HH responsibilities. It can be a grind, And I just read something that work responsibilities are the #1 cause for divorce. It is a balancing act.
