I typed up my own resume, and I want to know if it matters that I made it explicitly known in the title of my document that I did not have a.i. write my resume for me, and also made mention in my about me section. I have my resume showcasing my focus on value, integrity and honest work. I do not want to have a.i. write for me a resume of what employers a.i. preferrs to see. If an employer has a.i. see my resume it will show my skills and value for compliance and fintech know-how.

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

I have an urgent situation that I need advice for: what job to take? I currently have 2 job offers. Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly.
