I used to feel challenged in my role. Now it’s just rinse and repeat: templates, routine filings, check-the-box tasks. I’m not making mistakes, but I’m not learning anything either, and it feels like I’m stagnating. Part of me thinks I should raise it with someone internally and ask for more complex work, but part of me wonders if that’s a sign I need to move on altogether. Would you speak up?

I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. I feel peeved that they wasted my time. Red flags?
