I used to hate research memos, but now I realize they're an opportunity to teach myself an area of law on someone else's dime.

I'm planning to start my own practice in the next year, but I'm still pretty green. I realized that all these detailed issues the partners have me researching, just means I don't have to research them later when they come up as a solo.

Is it better for a startup to outsource the recruitment to a recruitment agency? Or doing the the recruitment all by themselves?
