I have completed 1 year at EY and this is my first job.

I want to change my domain of work. Should I wait for October hike or start looking for new job? Aisa na ho ki 1.5 saal ho jaye and fir domain change karne mein problem ho.

I’m genuinely confused.

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?

How does YOE work for comp?

My total is different from post-grad different from manager titles. Some companies consider manager title to determine YOE for comp which didn’t make sense.

Love my team at work, strongly dislike upper & don't believe the leadership is there (and grossly underpaid). Been offered a job elsewhere with a ~30% increase in salary. What is one to do?
