I have gains from stocks.. as LTCG. Do I need to file ITR 1 or ITR 2?

For rent paid below 1 lakh there is no need to submit landlord's PAN. I have calculated based on my HRA and if I show rent paid as around 96k my tax refund will be around 13k.

However there is no rent agreement or rent receipts.
