I wanted to share a concern regarding my current role. In my previous experience, I have worked at the L2 level. However, after recently joining L&T Mindtree, I’ve been placed in an L3 position and assigned responsibilities similar to a lead role.
To be honest, I do not have prior experience handling L3-level tasks or leading a team. I’m currently finding it challenging and overwhelming, and I’m concerned about meeting expectations without sufficient background or preparation.

Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)

Hi there - my company is returning to office next month. Hybrid to begin before they ramp up to 5 days back in office by end of year.

I think the fact they want to bring us back 5 days is disrespectful considering how much work we’ve put in remotely over the last year. Not to mention productivity studies say people who WFH (and have no kids) are substantially more productive.
