I wanted to share a recent experience that left me both surprised and disappointed

I applied for a senior bid manager role at Capgemini, cleared all the three rounds of interviews and received a verbal offer which I gladly accepted.
I was told that the formal offer was pending approvals and would be shared after 15th May 2026. It's now been over a month with no update, and follow-ups have gone unanswered.
Disappointing to see such lack of communication - candidate experience truly matters.

Has anyone interviewed with Bain’s AAG group and is willing to chat?

As everybody tells u will get more offers during the last one month of notice.

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share

After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

Fishes need suggestions. I have been put on PIP for bad performance. I am being a part of 6 months project and project is about to complete with backend work done. I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign? Or let them terminate me so I can claim salary of three months as fnf settlement? Getting confused, please suggest.
