I was a senior when Deloitte sponsored my green card and they refused to use future title for PERM process. So they filed with Senior title, I’m now a Manager 3 and will be up to SM promotion next year. Do I need to get new PERM since I’ve been promoted two levels from the title? I asked lawyer and they said need to assess the JD AFTER the promotion if it changed over 50%. I felt they should already knew as they must have filed audit SM PERM in the past. Has anyone been in this situation before?

Started the internal GC process in October 2018. Today I-485 status changed to "we ordered your new card." My jail free card is finally on the way I guess. Hope everyone with pending I-485 gets your GC soon!
