I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

I’m one of the only attorneys in my Texas firm that had electricity, internet, and water this week. I was warm and comfortable but still could not get any work done because things going on in the outside world are distracting. How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up. I'm non-confrontational but year-end reviews are right around the corner and I'm worried about having to act professional to someone who I got too close with and who now hates me.
