I was an immediate joiner when I interviewed with Tata Consultancy and cognizant. Now I have an offer with Apexon to join Today. TCS status is evaluation in progress, I had the hr discussion , as per my expectations hr told they need a business approval and Waiting for business approval. Cognizant I have shared the documents asked by HR for HR discussion and waiting for hr discussion. Should I wait for both the offer to join or should I join Apexon without waiting . Please suggest.

Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?
