I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?
AWS cloud application architect. Had an on-site interview with AWS a few days ago and just got an email saying they want to talk to me about next steps. The role is cloud application architect but I want to ask them about the senior cloud application architect role. I have all the relevant experience for that role and feel like I’d be a better fit for that senior role. How should I approach this conversation? Is this even possible? Amazon

What do you actually do day to day in an IHC compliance role? I’m a corporate/commercial generalist on a small legal team for a late-stage startup, and I couldn’t imagine EVER going back to biglaw. The work is interesting and always different. Maybe it’s your niche/business?
This is my worst nightmare lol. Commercial work is so boring, and I would be annoyed if I had to handle random requests from areas I wasn't remotely interested in (e.g., HR/employee/real estate/etc.). M&A/corp gov would be interesting, but what start up is doing M&A work? And then there's the chaos inherent to start ups...
Maybe you are in the wrong speciality for compliance. Doing trade work is always lively 😅😭. Also, if you are bored this is the time to work on side hustles.
There is still your self respect to worry about. You shouldn't be making mistakes if you're bored.
I hear you. My point is that you should take pride in the work you do whether you are bored or disengaged. Diligence is an ethical rule after all.
