Wait til you have 5. Then we'll talk about being tired and unmotivated.
My youngest is now 2, but I still find myself surviving on 5 hours of sleep a night. Just have trouble either going to or staying asleep.
OP - yes. We have two under 4 and we are both always tired/unmotivated. Just comes with the territory.

I am in a similar situation. I have been told on avg you dont get a normal schedule or good sleep until the child turns 6
We’ve got 3 under 4 and to some extent I agree with others here - this is a season, it too shall pass. Have compassion for your little one and try to understand their personality.
I clicked with my first daughter instantly. But really had a tough time connecting with my second, a boy. I found that the more time I spent with him, the more I saw nuances of his little personality and the more I ended up liking him.
But one of the things that we constantly do with my wife is to remind ourselves of the big picture. Sometimes it’s a simple song like:
