Old Atkins trick: Diet root beer or cream soda with heavy cream in it. Seemed to still work for me

If you are staying strict keto, then no. If you are ok with dirty keto, then in moderation, depending on how it impacts you. Some feel like crap and stall in weight loss with any soda
0g carb diet sodas are bad for you (unless they contain stevia or erythritol) which are acceptable sugar replacements.
I have a Diet Coke once in a while as a “treat” - usually when I’m out to dinner with others. I definitely don’t bring it home! I try to avoid temptations around the house
