I was Interviewed at EY 1moths ago and cleared 3rounds but I didn't get call fro HR about next steps or the feedback of last round. After that a month later I got another call from that same company for a different role and I cleared all the rounds and now there is form to fill up where I need to mention if I was interviewed within last 6 months? What should I do now ? I am worried will they reject me if I mention Yes besides afraid to get caught if I say No I was not interviewed.Pl suggest .

I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I was devastated when I realized I had to cut my twin sister and even my mom to some degree out of my life in order to have peace of mind. It makes me sad I feel better without their burdens. ☹️
