I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Considering an offer to move to a (what I believe) late-stage start-up… 200+ million in funding through series A, B, C+ and have heard news of IPO next. I would be in a mid-senior role. How’s Consulting at T1/T2 in the UK different than that in the US? Consider all aspects such as client interactions, socializing, WLB, attire, meetings, promotion criteria, etc.

My boss won’t stop sexually harassing me. Verbally, email, texts - 400+. He even set up his office with a display of sex toys and edibles condiments to show me that he planned to give me oral sex. All started 3 weeks into the job. I moved my family cross country for this job and just bought a house. I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I just got rejected for a role at FAANG that I helped create as a result of my project work. The interviewer said it’s funny I am interviewing you and your work is how I am here. I don’t know what I have to do to prove I am qualified anymore. Nothing seems to be working.

How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

They sell fresh cut flowers. I would do it, but I just got funding for my startup. They turn over about a .5 million just the two of them (mom and dad).
