I was just told I am hard to work with. I know I should be grateful to have a job. I just got back from maternity leave and I had to keep by 4 month home with me while I work. My husband is not home has to go out to work. I literally been begging them to balance out my workload. And I got told I’m hard to work with. I’m going to shut up keep my head down for now. I would have been gone but pandemic has got me down. I’ve been so stressed and sad. I know a lot of people would love my job.

Sometimes when my spouse snores i’l flick them real hard and they will wake up panicked and I’ll say “ are you okay? It was just a dream a bad dream...shhh just sleep” and then they will calm down and fall back asleep with less of a snore 🥴

My friend just got out of a relationship and hooked up with his ex's best friend a week later. They're now dating and seeing each other everyday.
I couldn't help but feel like this wasn't an appropriate thing to do for both parties. He also revealed that he cheated on his past exes.

Any tips from women who had to take maternity leave while contracting? I’d been hoping to switch to a FT role before COVID then well you know...After 3 months I finally landed a couple contract opportunities but no luck yet with a FT role. I’m due in Feb and getting nervous. I know most companies also have a wait period to qualify for leave but am hoping to get hired at a more progressive company or negotiate. Also wondering if I can get unemployment if my W2 contract is set to end by due date?

What would be the ideal location for me to search flat. I prefer gated community with amenities inside as I have small kid and can take her in the park than going out. How would the rent be? Software Development/ Tech Consulting/ Product Management. Which pays the best in terms of money and WLB in the long run?

Have you ever taken a job you know you will hate because you needed the money right away? I have a family to take care of. I don't want to be plowing through our savings for selfish reasons like my mindframe at work, but I don't want to make our lives worse by being miserable. It's a matter of really ruining some of our financial future if we don't get money soon.

I think I want to be in relationship, but I fear that I actually am just lonely and not actually ready for relationship.
I desperatly want someone that I can spend time with, laugh with, and tell good news to amongst so much else.
I don't know what to do or if anything can be done...
