I was laid off from my role about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I just saw the same role posted 1 day ago with not much changed. Even the salary range is only $3k less than what I was receiving. The only change I noticed was the acceptable states for the remote role. Does anyone know any explanation for this? I was working in a state with a low cost of living and the states eligible on the posting are mostly west coast which is high cost of living so I am very confused and curious.
