Good rates
Depends on many factors … down payment, credit score, Debt to Income , what lender it is…
I have a 799/800+ score, got 5.75 for 7/1 ARM with 20% down from a credit union in Atlanta area
I concur with D1, given rates are expected to drop in next few years. ARM isn’t bad to take. Just stay on top of rates drop and when comfortable/financially viable move to fixed rate.
I got 6.125% on 7/6 ARM in early March, but it’s a construction to perm loan. Will likely take this and refinance in the next 7 years as others have said.
