I'm looking for a referral in KPMG position.
Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

I would immediately reject any person who said they were happy at their current job and were looking for opportunities. I want someone who wants my job. Don’t waste my time. IMO, this is the main reason why qualified applicants do not get offered jobs they interview for. In my 35 year career, I have seen many qualified applicants rejected solely for this reason (and I rejected a big portion of them).
It’s not desperation that people are looking for. It is people who are actually interested in the job they are interviewing for. You can show interest without having or showing desperation. Maybe you are able to convey interest by saying “you are just seeing what opportunities are out there” but most people who say that come off as uninterested.
I am looking because I have hit a plateau with my current company with too few growth and advancement opportunities on the horizon.
From a different perspective, I've been "in between" jobs for a while. A recruiter told me that I should call my situation a "contract bookkeeper" on my resume. When a different recruiter asked about that terminology, I truthfully told him that I was not currently working. He quickly ended the conversation, saying that the employer wanted someone who currently had a job. I would be available immediately, whereas someone who was currently working would have to give notice, etc. You can't win.
True. You never know what people want.
