I was referred for a job by my former boss and had a strong opportunity to get it. During the virtual panel interview, I froze. One of the interviewers had worked with me before, and instead of making me feel comfortable, it made me even more nervous. I struggled to answer the questions, especially when they opened with, "Take me through your resume," which completely caught me off guard. I was expecting, tell me about yourself. SMH

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?
