The dynamic in the office is terrible. Its always something there, usually bad. I have anxiety and depression. On top of heightened life situations, the stress in the office hurt me this week. I took of yesterday and today for a mental health break and now my boss is guilt-tripping and shaming me.

I’m 24, have no debt, and currently TC is 150k. Currently, I have 110k in savings + 401k and just started to get into investing. By June 2021, I’ll have at least 150k from savings, 401k, etc. I just got started investing this month in the stock market but now I’m thinking about real estate. There are condos in JC and brooklyn for 400k which doesn’t seem too bad but dont know if I’m being way unrealistic. I’d appreciate any advice!

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either.
