I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?
McKinsey & Company Any advice to help prepare for data science analyst role at top consulting firms (McKinsey & Company EY Boston Consulting Group etc)? Any materials, open source platform recommended to take on freelance data science project? When should I start actively looking and applying? I am a new grad who is working in tech as a marketing analyst I’m looking to pivot to marketing& sales data science consulting next year. Would like someone with similar backgrounds offer some practical tips.

I guess it would depend on the company how easy or hard it would be to actually get in contact with somebody that could help in TA. If you have any contacts or networking that could assist with the specifics that would be helpful. However, given the situation it might help to reach out. If they already denied, not much more to lose you know?
Sorry, I realize my first sentence was not as clear as it could have been. I'm not asking if I should reach out to someone, I'm asking if anyone here has a point of contact I can reach out to.
Sounds like another dull, bureaucratic defense contractor that has nothing to offer these days and is getting hammered by def tech startups. They still use Brassring, Taleo and ATS that is probably not even being maintained by anyone.

I’m based in Japan and this happens here all the time in different ways. TA found me in LinkedIn with my detailed profile and begged me for casual interview.
They sound beg me to apply the position in official process and I did.
Next day the automated denial template to be sent to me as if the number of receiving applications is their KPI. They have read through all my profile and decided to contact me but why i am rejected in the stage of resume screening. If I’m not the one they are looking for, why you beg me to move on to the official candidacy's process?
Even a candidate like me blocks the time frame for casual interview and sometimes comes home from office by taking half day off. Please do not use any candidate for your KPI. We are still not the boss and subordinate relationship yet so please respect our time.
