I went for an interview with the NHS. It was going well until the end when I thought it went badly. I feel like I just froze up and started rambling something that’s unrelated. I have no idea if I am going to get a call as they said that they put their notes into a system and it shortlists candidates. What do you guys think happens when they start using systems to shortlist candidates, especially after they froze up? It’s not like the system can take into account nerves etc

Why does the recruiting process after passing all interviews stall? We are at a standstill in salary negotiations and I am losing momentum joining? Common problem?

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?
