Joining : 25- Feb-22
PEOPLE TECH :
19 LPA , 18.50 Fixed ,50k variable pay + 1L joining bonus,
Role : senior software developer
Joining :1-Mar-22.
Location : on-site , process will be start once join here , they will send me around Aug-22
Please suggest me, which one i need to be choose for career wise and WLB wise.

My firm gives stair-step raises and merit bonuses. We still get the raise and a bonus if we’re short on hours, but the amount of the bonus changes drastically depending on hours (and other factors).
You can check above the law for other firms and ask around or ask hr for your firm policy.
My biglaw form doesn’t give bonuses or raises unless you hit the requirement.
Yikes. Luckily my bonus is based on collections not hours and my collections are higher than most associates (higher rate based on specialty). Thank god for that.
