I work for a franchise I'm a salary paid manager if I don't work my 45 hours a week they take my PTO even if I am asked to cut labor including myself. I have paid for equipment out of pocket because I repeatedly asked for it but never received it and we need it to do our job. I have asked to speak to the owner and haven't met him or spoke to him once in the almost year I have worked for him. I can't speak to human resources or anyone I called multiple times and now my regional is ignoring me.

I’ve been a creative strategist, account manager (both agency) and an ad sales operations manager (television/digital media) and I’m tired of bouncing around. I’m trying to narrow down paths that I can take now, but am at a loss. There are so many ways I could go. So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Coustmer comes in and then ends up leaving with a grossed out look on his face just for him to put in a complaint about my appearance...he down right called me some nasty things for no reason. Still feeling gross about it. He was upset for no reason as far as I'm concerned.
