OK, gonna help you out, YOU are nit responsible for costs or maintaining equipment, that's your franchisee who , according to their franchise agreement are. Sounds like deadbeat owners...also it's ILLEGAL to deduct on salary. That's why we do salary, you an work more one week and less on the other week, this had already been settled with the Supreme courts in many states.
Contact the dept of labor in your state
Well, I would do what you need to do, but if you can afford to go somewhere else i would however you could just do only what's required and if something happens like equipment down, leave it down, need supplies they won't pay for, don't use.. let their business fail... obviously they don't care. I'd have fun w that, while getting a new job
Wow that sounds like a really crappy place to work and I am so sorry you are going through all of that.
