My comment wont add any value because I really dont know about laws. But I would see if the city government has some guidelines or legal help to offer. Or maybe a state site with info. Hope it all goes well!
First read all your employment docs regarding leave.
The EEOC protects from discrimination during pregnancy. Not after. You should tell them (otherwise they can claim they didn’t know) and say you’d like to make a plan for when the baby comes. If they are small, they will want you to remain onboard (cheaper than retraining a new person).
Understand if you get leave or not and make plans accordingly.
