He is listed as the owner on the LLC but he is not the company owner we were administered by. How can I find the proper owner. All I have is a screen name used in Meets and Google Drive. They are not the same person.

Does anyone have any advice on requesting data from municipalities (beyond just a foia request)? Working on a startup idea related to infrastructure but will need to get municipalities to give me extracts from their land use databases.
