Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Becoming a SWAT agent is not something that you usually choose, what happens there is that you are chosen and it is quite stressful and exhausting, but if you like action that is your place.
It's exhausting, you're available at all times, but when you do something you do it to save lives, and really, when you manage to save lives all the fatigue disappears.
Yes it is a bit tiring but I think that if you like it you won't have a problem, for example I feel very comfortable doing my job no matter how tired I get.
Being from the SWAT immediate response group is something that is not easy to achieve, it is like the green beret of the police, therefore the training to become a SWAT and being a member of the group are two things that totally change your life, you I recommend doing your best and applying to everything you see to be part of this group.
I won't lie to you, it's not easy, I was a police officer for 7 years and then I became a SWAT, as a police officer I learned a lot but when I became a SWAT I learned twice as much with just training, things are at an advanced level but it's something that comforts you well graduating from this is not easy and the missions are super stressful when you achieve these things you feel better about yourself.
It is stressful, overwhelming, and exhausting, and there is a lot of demand, but you are surrounded by people who take care of you, who care about you at all times, people who know what they are doing and who are focused, you are not a SWAT, you belong to a SWAT team and that's a lot I tell you.
The most difficult thing is the first mission, my nerves were going to consume me, but my teammates were spectacular with me, we achieved the mission and then they gave me a party for my first mission :´), I love those people.
