What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Can you believe one needs approval within IBM GBS even to bid for Client Program/Projects . Many a times GBS has ignored or backed out of deals that are below their margin expectations as the same are perceived to be ‘rubbish’ deals . I was part of Program which GBS won and the program kicked off too, but a year later the extensions , other projects bids with the same client were completely ignored because clients laidback attitude (in terms of approvals , facilitations ) was thinning their margins . The formally designated partners in the programs share a part of Profits too , hence their interest drops on seeing their current engagement suffering on that count , although almost all end up making profits which are however lesser than accounted . So all in their mind is Profit Margin which if not seen to be met fully to the accounted figure , quick withdrawal after meeting the immediate , agreed milestones is their planned action . Because of this many B8s and even B9s come on bench and are later laid off on exceeding their very short Bench tolerance limit . So nowadays even B8 is not welcome in a project because of higher salary that makes deeper cuts into Partners Budget and Profits .
Much better are Indian MNCs like Infosys , TCS which just bid , win programs with relatively less significance on Profit Margins while mainly trying to ensure their Benched People get work .
Absolutely wrong understanding. Progress isn't necessarily always power, position, pay. Progress also expansion of skills.
IBM prefer skills & performers than who work stereotypes.
